Please read this document carefully before using xhtab1's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and xhtab1 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the xhtab1 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions in this document, along with any policies or guidelines referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. xhtab1 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
To use xhtab1's services in full, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, an active email address, and any other requested details. xhtab1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents for compliance and security purposes.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. xhtab1 will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
Xhtab1 is not liable for any losses arising from your sharing of login credentials or your failure to keep your account secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the xhtab1 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or use
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
- Engaging in any action that compromises the integrity of the games or the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or any criminal activity
Any breach of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the xhtab1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including DuitNow and major Malaysian banks. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policies, which may change from time to time.
Xhtab1 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider during the deposit or withdrawal process. You are required to ensure that the registered bank account details are accurate and belong to you. Withdrawals can only be processed to a verified bank account registered in your name.
Any attempt to complete transactions using third-party accounts or unauthorised credit card details is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotions credited to an account are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods stated in their respective promotional terms. xhtab1 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or in breach of promotional conditions.

Xhtab1 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability or the accuracy of any information. Under no circumstances shall xhtab1's liability to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. xhtab1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xhtab1 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of xhtab1 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify any content without prior written consent from xhtab1.
Third-Party Links
The xhtab1 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational or reference purposes. xhtab1 does not control the content of those third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Closure & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Xhtab1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for operational and legal reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to claim any compensation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
Changes to Terms
Xhtab1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the xhtab1 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for all matters relating to these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
